Deliveries as of 4/16/2020

We have received guidance regarding how long the virus is believed to remain on surfaces such as paper, cardboard, mail, etc... As an added precaution, any mail or packages that are brought in to the facility will be isolated for 24 hours before being sent to the resident.  Laundry and clothing will also be isolated for 24 hours prior to being distributed to the resident.

Staff who order food from outside for delivery will be required to meet the delivery vendor outside of the facility and consume the food in their vehicle.   Upon returning to the facility, the staff will be required to wash or sanitize hands and be screened for temperature before returning to the units.  If residents order food from an outside vendor for delivery, staff will meet the delivery vendor outside the facility with a clean food container and transfer the food into the new container before being given to the resident.

We have blocked off two parking spots with orange cones for deliveries. We are asking that items now be placed on the patio by the cones. Items will be isolated in a separate part of the building for 24 hours before being distributed.  Please continue to communicate with the front office when dropping items off either by phone or ringing the bell.

We continue to follow guidance received from CDC, Department of Human Services and Department of Health as well as our Home Office.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.  We will also use this platform to communicate updates to you as well as phone calls and letters.

Thank you for all the support you have provided to all of us during this time, we appreciate it.  If you would like to set up phone calls or virtual visits to your loved one please contact us to set up a time.
